Before processing your first withdrawal request, 92pr will require you to complete KYC verification. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo identity document (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of residential address, and documentation verifying your payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated will delay withdrawal processing.
Your account currency is selected at the point of registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Where PKR (Pakistani Rupee) is offered as an account currency, all deposits, withdrawals, balances and bonus figures will be denominated in PKR.
Deposits must be made using payment methods approved and currently displayed in the 92pr cashier section. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method. You may not deposit funds on behalf of any third party. All deposited funds must originate from a payment source that is legally owned by and registered in your name.
Payment methods referenced for context in Pakistani markets — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are familiar local payment references only. 92pr does not claim that any of these providers endorses, supports or is affiliated with this platform. Actual payment method availability is confirmed exclusively in the cashier.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Pending withdrawal processing times are published in the cashier and may vary by payment method. 92pr reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, account irregularities or incomplete KYC documentation.
Withdrawal limits — both minimum and maximum — are stated in the cashier section. Any active bonus balance must be either completed or forfeited before a withdrawal of real-money funds may be initiated, subject to the specific bonus terms applicable to that offer.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 92pr reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts, up to the value of the remaining balance. Players will be notified prior to any such deduction. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after the dormancy period has elapsed.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 92pr are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside that offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.
Bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before they or any associated winnings become withdrawable. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is published in the promotion terms. As an illustrative example only: a 30x wagering requirement applied to a bonus of PKR 1,000 requires a total wagering value of PKR 30,000 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
Different game categories contribute at different rates towards completion of a wagering requirement. Slot titles may typically contribute at 100%, while table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute at a reduced rate of between 10% and 20%. Cricket and sports betting markets may also carry specific contribution rates. The applicable rates are published per promotion.
While a bonus is active and a wagering requirement remains incomplete, the maximum permissible single bet or stake is as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit — irrespective of whether those bets win or lose — may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.
All bonuses expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms, commencing from the moment the bonus is credited to your account. Any unmet wagering requirement at the point of expiry will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it.
Systematic or coordinated attempts to exploit, manipulate or abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to match-betting strategies designed to minimise risk while extracting bonus value — are prohibited. 92pr reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings and close accounts where promotional abuse is identified.
All bets placed on 92pr are subject to the platform's applicable betting rules for each market type. By placing a bet, you confirm acceptance of the stated odds and conditions at the moment the bet is confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended once accepted by the platform.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, international bilaterals and domestic Pakistan competitions — are governed by sport-specific settlement rules. In the event of match abandonment, reduced-overs play or similar circumstances, settlement will follow the applicable sport-specific ruleset as published on the platform. 92pr's decision on bet settlement is final in all disputes.
Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed on each market and may vary by event, market type and account level. 92pr reserves the right to adjust stake limits without prior notice.
In the event that odds, lines or payout figures are published due to an obvious error or technical malfunction — including prices that are clearly out of market — 92pr reserves the right to void any bets accepted at such erroneous prices, regardless of whether those bets have already been settled.

92pr does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform and accepts no liability for loss of access due to maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where a bet has been accepted prior to a system interruption, the bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules once service is restored.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 92pr takes reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, it does not warrant that information displayed on the platform — including odds, game RTP figures, or promotional details — is free from errors at all times.
The collection, storage and processing of your personal data by 92pr is governed by the platform's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
